The United States Centre for Disease Control and Prevention has introduced a sudden ban on all dog imports from 113 countries including China to the USA. There are no animal welfare laws to protect dogs in China and everyday dogs are legally slaughtered and eaten. For a lucky few, there is a light at the end of a very dark tunnel; a chance of life given by rescue groups around the world who strive to save them and give them a new life in their own countries, one being the USA. With the new ban, many more dogs will be left in China to suffer the most horrendous deaths.

Ask the CDC not to abandon the Chinese meat trade dogs, and to allow reputable rescues to import dogs by ensuring they  follow all protocol to prevent disease.
