One of the promising developments so far is the decision by the Cromwell Community Board this week to recommend that the CODC make a submission next week - it is understood the CODC submission, if made, will highlight the fact that the new Master Plan needs to be properly connected to Plan Change 13. That will mean Plan Change 13 needs to be, at the very least, delayed. If it does not then align with the agreeMaster Plan it would, in all likelihood, be stopped.
