Ban online classes in India

Ban online classes in India

The Issue

During these hard times, online classes have become the go-to answer for schools hoping to continue learning. But many students don't favour this decision.

Online school is not having a good impact on many students. Most of the students are suffering mentally due to the stress of completing assignments and catching up with continuous classes everyday. Being a highschool student myself, I understand what every student is going through, and I strongly believe that online classes should not be conducted until the end of this pandemic.

Most teachers are new to online learning, and therefore the classes are not as efficient as they should be. This makes the class boring and making it difficult for students to concentrate.

Not many students have the privilege of a Internet or at least a laptop/smartphone and government should keep this in their mind. Honestly, I don't think students are learning anything through online classes. And private schools are conducted classes just for the sake of collecting the fees and running their lives smoothly. Even though the government has tried to regulate the fees, many schools, including mine have been charging relatively high amounts, making most of the parents suffer.

We must spend this time with our families, instead of staring at our screens continuously. This is the time to take care of our physical and mental health, and not stress about assignments and classes.
