The person who secured 720 marks out of 720(All India topper) was not able to get derma branch ( specialisation in skin ) in any college of India due to reservation but a sc/st (reservation category) was able to snatch it from a general category all' India topper by taking 300 marks because 3500 seats out of 6000 seats are alotted to sc/st (reservation category). This is not what equality means. 

The reservation system in india is a major boon . It doesn't allow the people of general category to get what they deserve to be . For eg - If a person of general category gets a rank 4,000 in NEET PG he gets nothing but if a person of SC/ST category gets 40,000 he gets a topmost branch in one of the best medical colleges of india.

Would you consider it to be fair if a person who barely knows anything and is less intelligent do your treatment . A person who gets a better rank is more likely to become a better doctor but the reservation class generally steals their opportunities due to which a person who works hard is not able to fulfil their dreams to the petty politicians and their politics.

The reservation system in india is as follows

SC: 15 per cent
ST: 7.5 per cent
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) as per the central OBC list: 27 per cent
EWS: As per Central Government norms: 10 per cent
PwD: 5 per cent horizontal reservation as per NMC norms

Is it fair for to discriminate between unreserved categories ( eg - general ) and reserved categories ( SC/ST , OBC ) and give them more opportunities by suppressing the dreams of a child born in general category. It doesn't allow india to grow and it suppresses the talent of India.

At last I would like to request the Government and All the major courts of India to take action against this major boon of the society and let the people fulfil their dreams.

WE SHOULD TREAT EACH AND EVERY CITIZEN EQUALLY AND PROVIDE EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES TO EVERYONE
