Richard Masbruch is a Very violent Individual and Mutiliated Himself by attempting to cut off his penis and then Claims he is a Female. This indivudual is Psychotic and Physically Very Violent and Wants to Live among Women where he can be Physically Dominating; unlike the Mens Prison where he can't get away with his Physically Violent Ways.

 Richard Masbruch has all on his own completely overturned the Daily Routine at CCWF and caused numerous women and the general prison population as well considerable trouble.

Such as: creating the atmosphere where some females live in fear; disrupted the general flow of business at the Prison by causing Quarterly Food/Clothing Etc. Box Orders among other things to be delayed delivery to Women expecting expensive purchases by their loved ones.

The Prison is under LockDown; Women Prisoners are Angry; Tempers running very High, and Weather Temperatures running even Higher; High Humidity added to this creates an atmosphere where Tousands of women suffer because of the Psychotic and Physically Dangerous Actions of ONE person. Why is this ONE person more important than the Peace and Tranquillity of Thousands of others?

These women are very upset that Richard Masbruch is among them and are living in Fear. To make matters worse Richard Masbruch has asked to be admitted into the "Electrical" Classes offered at CCWF. Some Common sense needs to be used here; will Richard Masbruch who has already demonstrated on numberous occasions his Sadistic/Violent Behaviour be allowed to learn and use Electricity to torture human females who are for the most part physically weaker than he is?
