Please sir/ma we pray your indulgence to deliver us from this galloway that is swallowing our hard earned money. It is no news that Nigerians are entrapped by loan shark with high interest rate by loan Apps companies with little time to breathe. The recent public humiliation and character defamation by these Loan Apps firm needed urgent attention, if not all accounts holder in this country would be a public ridicle according to their threat. Please we pray your honourable office to urgently savage this sector of the economy before it is too late. Many Nigerians efforts to plead for an extension of their default loans has proven abortive from these companies and the accumulated interest is now unbearable. We are writing this petition because the company promise to send fraud and criminal related messages to all our contacts and to all the social media handles as well. To defame and humiliate us in the public.  This is the type of message sent to us by the company "Due to irresponsible actions on your loan repayment, We have been forced to commence actions. We would ensure all your contacts are informed since you are proving stubborn not to make payment and yield to our persuasions. Your details and picture will be posted on Twitter, Instagram and other social media handles as a chronic Criminal and Fraudster, you and your Guarantors will be blacklisted". Thus, Section 391 of the Nigerian Penal Code states that: Whoever by words either spoken or reproduced by mechanical means or intended to be read or by signs or by visible representations makes or publishes any imputation concerning any person intending to harm or knowing or having reasons to believe that such imputations will harm the reputation of such person, is said ... to defame that person. [2]  We would be glad for the CBN, FCCPC and Federal Government to conduct thorough investigation on this loan app companies. The harassment and intimidation we are facing over loan is extremely unbearable. They didn't carried the public along when we took the loan, why threat of disgrace in the public, is it the public that would pay the money or the individual owning? If they defame your personality in the public it can lead to depression as well as death of the customer. 

Please deliver us and millions of subscribers who are victims of this humiliation and harassment but don't know the way forward.
