Today an email came out mandating that Centra employees receive the Emergency Use Medical Injection (hereinafter "EUMI") to continue their employment with Centra. 

We believe in the following:

1. A person's right to choose, for personal, religious or medical reasons, what one allows to be injected into his or her own body. 

2. The EUMI does not prevent the spread of Covid: not in the contracting OR the transmitting to others. President Biden alarmed medical experts and misinformed Americans that the EUMI would prevent recipients from getting sick, and promised they couldn't die. The CDC immediately corrected him, stating that even FULLY-INJECTED (not "vaccinated" as this injection has not been FDA approved) folks could and would die from Covid and its variants. Not to mention, fully injected people will catch and transmit Covid to others, which defeats the purpose of mandating it when it is NOT a cure. All caregivers at Centra can, regardless of injection status, transmit Covid to patients in their care. 

3. The EUMI has been linked to serious and varied side effects. Between 1991 and 2020, around 7,000 people died from vaccine injections. Between December 2020 and today, over 13,000 people have died from the Covid injection. Centra should be held personally liable and responsible for any and all reactions suffered by employees after receiving EUMI forced upon them by Centra. Centra should be held liable for any costs incurred, including, but not limited to, hospital visits, funeral costs, loss of wages, etc. Centra should be EXPRESSLY and SOLELY responsible for any and all injection reactions that occur after mandating that all caregivers receive it. If the EUMI is mandatory injection, and employment is conditional upon receiving said EUMI, Centra is legally responsible for any and all adverse reactions resulting from forced EUMI.

4. The EUMI has not gone through the required time frame to even be considered a vaccination, nor should anyone be forced to receive any treatment that has NOT been deemed FDA APPROVED. See Nuremberg code, which states that governments do not have the right to coerce people into receiving medical treatments OF ANY KIND.

5. Centra has not taken into account the personal toll this decision will have on people's finances, mental health and well-being, nor the anguish, confusion and chaos that comes from being PUNISHED for not doing something that goes against one's own convictions. 

6. The decision will undoubtedly have an impact on the number of support staff, physicians and nurses working in all Centra locations. Centra will not be able to treat all of its patients with care and empathy. There will likely be a tremendous strain on local hospitals and facilities. The percentage of un-injected caregivers is 40%; almost half of all Centra caregivers will be fired or forcibly injected against their wishes as a condition of employment. 40%

7. On August 2, 2021, the Biden Administration addressed the country to celebrate 70% of Americans receiving injection. 70% is the percentage of injected that this administration has said needed to be reached for herd immunity. Along with 70% injected status, CENTRA must take into consideration the people with natural immunity who also contribute to herd immunity. Overlooking natural immunity is quite possibly the most careless act in which our governments and medical institutions are engaged. Natural immunity is proven by research to be better than injected (see John Hopkins research dated August 6th, screenshot above)

8. We do not comply with forced medical injections, nor do we comply with the idea that we are sick until proven healthy. 

9. CentraHealth is not being prudent and has not done its due diligence in mandating this injection. Meaning, Centra has not taken into consideration any or all of a person's past medical history, current illnesses, religious convictions, natural immunity status or past interactions with vaccine injections. It is negligent to assume all caregivers are healthy enough, without being allowed to CONSULT A PHYSICIAN (and to opt out in compliance with physician recommendations), to receive this medical injection. People who have had anaphylactic reactions to certain medicines and/or foods are at a higher risk of being injured post-injection.  People who are immunocompromised may not be healthy enough to receive the injection, and it may cause stroke, blood clots, even death. 10. CentraHealth is not a governing body. CentraHealth is not a law-making entity. Mandates are not law. We do not comply with Centra's over-reaching authority to mandate or punish caregivers because of a non-FDA approved emergency use medical injection. 

Let this petition represent medical freedom of every kind, and non-compliance with unscientific and dangerous mandates that do not align with the Hippocratic oath, HIPAA laws and Nuremberg Code. We do not comply.
