The Humane League, who have been campaigning on this issue, has just let me know that several of Centerplate's clients have contacted Centerplate with their concerns. Centerplate has promised to these groups that they will be doubling their cage-free egg usage already and are considering this issue closely—with the campaign just beginning, a victory looks like it is in the cards!
