WE DEMAND JUSTICE FOR DAVE WATSON!

My Name Is Zakiya Walters the cousin of Dave Watson he was falsely incarcerated at 14 years old in Florida  and spent 12 years in prison for a crime that evidence shows he did not commit. Dave case is a tragic example of our broken justice system where prosecutors and investigators used eyewitness misidentification, investigator's misconduct, negligence, and inadequate/ineffective assistance to extract guilt from an innocent minor. Dave Watson was wrongfully convicted of Premeditated Murder and sentenced to 40 years in prison in a case where there were no fingerprints, DNA, weapons, nor physical evidence indicating that Dave had any involvement in the crime. Dave is a victim of the leading cause of wrongful convictions eyewitness misidentification. The judge who sentenced my brother She’s an alcoholic Just never got caught till after Dave Sentence , one of the Guys who was shot by the witness and the witness put everything on Dave Watson the only way they went off what the witness said is because Dave and the person had an Altercation days before the shooting approximately a Week . The person who was shot also a Metal Patient meaning his minds comes and goes . the 2nd witness was working as a Snitch for the police he will make people do crimes or do a crime with a person and turn them in . Dave case deserves a fair review and we're calling attention to the misconduct, fabrication of evidence, false testimony, and the manipulation of eyewitness identification that resulted in Dave being wrongfully convicted. An eyewitness even admitted to misidentifying Dave as the suspect and other witnesses testified to being intimidated, threaten, and coerce.

Credible witnesses who could have provided testimony to Dave whereabouts during the time of the crime were  brought to court to testify but they say his family were all lien.
