An impassioned plea from collectors for Best Buy to formally implement and regulate a permanent anti-ghost chair rule. Best Buy has  shown clear signs of being the most collector/consumer-supporting ally amongst the big box stores. Are you willing to bring it full circle and earn the distinction of being the people's champion? 

This policy will help foster a democratic line process and deter scalpers from double dipping at multiple stores at once, which unfairly reduces the amount of high-demand products—namely Pokémon & TCG cards—available to those who follow rules and adhere to a code of ethics. 

We're requesting this rule be formalized and prominent signs be placed around the front doors of every store.
