Hi all, I just received news from a fellow Celsius member that has been in contact with Celsius support:

"Our team had been working on implementing a retrieval process for missing MATIC transfers and we are glad to inform you that the procedure has been established"

I will contact Celsius myself to get more details on the procedure and report back.
