The referendum passed yesterday with a vote of 1682 for YES to 771 for NO. The Lot D Project has been stopped. Thank you to all the volunteers who spoke at Board meetings, collected signatures, contributed funds, spoke with neighbors, posted online, helped with voting, came out to Lights and Lemonade and anything else I may have missed. It was a community effort and thank you to all who participated. My next action is to start formulating a Celebration Master Plan by the homeowners, for the homeowners. If you are on FB Front or Back Porch, please keep a look out later this week for a post from me on the initial draft I have put together and hope you will share your ideas and thoughts as the plan continues to change and grow based on the input received from you.
