Simon, our dear friend, is turning 17. Despite the profound challenges he's faced, he's continually showed us the strength and resilience that we can only admire. His birthday, therefore, is not just a celebration of his age, but of the incredible person he has become despite his hardships.

Its population of about 1,000 residents (according to the U.S. Census Bureau) are known for being friendly and welcoming - just like Simon himself. On this day, we plan to roam around town, eat at one of the famous local bistros, and simply enjoy each other's company. Good food, good friends and good conversation; these are what Simon wants on his special day and this is exactly what we intend to give him.
