The field of bio engineering the unknown, has not yielded good results since antibiotics were discovered in 1928. Certain Bio-Tech companies, all over the world, including in this country, are trying to create plastic eating bugs, in a race to do away with our collective tidal wave of single use plastic waste products. Have these cyborgs never moved a pile of mulch?  Do they not understand that besides eating and drinking microplastics everyday, we dress in recycled plastic clothing and grind agricultural irrigation tubing and plastics back into the soil? The science guys may be inadvertently creating new human diseases by experimenting on, or attempting to engineer, cross breed, cross contaminate certain hardy micro organisms, such as springtails, bdelloid rotiferi, tardigrades and other tiny monsters that are impossible to kill and explode in numbers when they find favorable conditions including unhealthy, plasticized human blood bags.

These guys don’t mess around. You can freeze these types of bugs, you can boil these bugs and deprive them of oxygen, it matters not, they re-animate. They are finding living samples in the Siberian permafrost that are possibly thousands of years old.  They have flown tardigrades to space. Nope, a cold dark vacuum of sub, sub, sub- zero, frozen space burn, also does not kill them.

Also news worthy are the studies of the link between parasitic infections and viruses. And the other link between viruses and bacterial infections. Are parasites a vector for disease? Are hosts with a viral load a preferable medium? And is that why Ivermectin works on Covid? And if swarms of invisible micro-organisms are inching their way through the human population (and our pets,) is it a possibility they are vectors for other diseases? Like, for instance, a big bad virus that shuts down the global economy perhaps?

Biotech cannot keep up with the problems being created in their quest for solutions that would not have been nevcessary had the engineers not gone looking. It’s a bit of a self fulfilling prophesy at the expense of the public at large. Now, being tracked out into the general public for the sake of curiosity. It seems like most recent eco-disasters have been someone’s bright idea gone haywire.

Stop engineering bugs and figure out how to kill them. The words parasistoid and hyper-parasistoid already exist because it is already true that bugs spread other bugs. Let us not be gaslit.
