The DEA is imposing limits on opoid abuse. For those of us in dire pain it is unfair and a travesty of justice. Some of us have excruciating pain from various diseases and are denied the right to have relief. What about the widespread abuse of drugs by physicians and nurses? I have seen 99% of the doctors I worked for with illegal prescription drugs and self prescribing, including nurses. No mention of that, What about people in pain so desperate they will resort to the streets for heroin and the like? We will only have more overdoses. No, please sign this petition for those of us in real pain. Do not attack the issue by limiting our pain relief! That is cruel. Even pets get pain meds once diagnosed with crippling diseases. Get the DEA out of our right to be diagnosed and treated for chronic pain! We are not criminals yet treated as such.
