CCP - bring back the Eve Online in-game browser (IGB)

The Issue

On October 11, 2016 - via patch YC118.9 Release 1.0 - CCP removed a widely used and mission critical feature from their EVE Online game client - the In-game Browser (IGB).  This move was made without consultation of the user base and further, CCP has stated the key functions provided by the IGB will NOT be replaced.  This signals a clear departure from CCP's past behavior where player feedback was valued and considered prior to any major game changes rather than being summarily dismissed as is the case with the IGB.  We, the players of EVE Online hereby request  CCP immediately reverse this change and re-implement the IGB with the next release.
