Difficult social science paper for set 2 and 3 no uniformity in setting papers

The Issue
The social science examination was not fair for all students. The SET 1 paper was very easy but SET 2 AND SET 3 was very difficult especially q 24 of both the papers it is not easy to learn all the states and the parties along with the symbols
hence we want benefit of doubt for the questions
