Change the Writers of Showtime's Original Shameless for Season 8

Change the Writers of Showtime's Original Shameless for Season 8
The Issue
The last episode of Shameless's 7th season aired last night and to the horror of the viewers, it was complete garbage.
Shameless started out as a comedic drama depicting a struggling family that was just trying to get by. It followed their lives and the Shameless way that they led them, all coming back to the strength, love and support of family. We have followed the struggle of 6 neglected siblings trying to make something of themselves and the hurtles they faced. Whether the hurtles were self inflicted or if they were a produced of an unjust world we could root for them and follow their stories with baited breath.
But since season 5 finished the writers of this show have been steadily destroying the characters that we fell in love with. The show has been less about strength in family and the hardships of life in the south side of Chicago and more about recycling the same story lines over and over and over again. They are no longer showing us what is happening through good story telling, but telling us in choppy and awkward dialogue. They have been using their 'comedy' classification as an excuse not to confront issues present in the series with the seriousness they deserve, such as:
Fiona's enraged outbursts
Ian's Bipolar Disorder (which only comes out when convenient for the plot, otherwise it is nonexistent to the point of Ian constantly drinking on his meds.)
Debbie raping Matty
Debbie's need to control everyone in her life and her constant state of anger
Lip's anger issues and how they are tied with his alcoholism
Frank having no consequences for his actions ever
Mickey escaping from Prison (just this whole story line was the worst)
Ian's emotional repression and subsequent manipulations by the men that he chooses to be with (i.e. Caleb and Trevor)
Ian forcing himself to have heterosexual sex that he did not want to have
(This list could go on)
There has been retconning of beloved characters (one Mickey Milkovich) and slow boring plot lines that go no where. The writers have openly displayed the lack of empathy and care that they put into the show, even bragging about how they don't watch previous seasons and are completely unaware of the ages of their characters.
This season they hit a whole new level of low by baiting fans and viewers with the return of Noel Fisher as Mickey Milkovich only to degrade and mock his character development and us, the viewers.
If season 8 is going to be the *maybe* last season of Shameless I would like to see the loose ends tied, the characters redeemed and plot lines of significance.
