In the aftermath of the unreasonable Star Trek Fan Film Guidelines announcement from CBS and Paramount Pictures, 90% of the major fan productions indefinitely suspended all activities.  We would like to ask that CBS and Paramount open a dialogue with the creators of the fan films and work with them to devise a new, more reasonable set of guidelines that benefit both the companies AND the fans.
