The other day Criminal Minds fans found out that Thomas Gibson (Aaron Hotchner) was suspended for kicking a screenwritter in the leg for different creative points of view. It wasn't until today we found out that Thomas Gibson was fired.

Fans from the show understand that Thomas Gibson should be punished for his actions by suspending him for a couple of episodes, but WE don't think he deserved to be fired when he has been there ever since the show debuted back in '05. Sadly, you aren't punishing only Thomas Gibson with this decision you are indirectly punishing all the FANS (those that actually remained loyal to the show, the ratings depend on us) and Hotchner is deeply loved between the Criminal Minds fans community. Could you please listen to us and hire him back, sit and talk to solve the problem, with no need of firing ANYONE.

Last season we lost Agent Morgan (who left the show), and now we're loosing Hotchner...

CBS please hire him back! The show without Hotchner will loose lots of ratings, similar thing happened with the Vampire Diaries Nina Dobrev decides to quit, the show lost a lot of audience due to this the show is ending next year with its 8th season. We beg you! As we beg you to hire back A.J Cook and Paget Brewster when being fired previously (read this on the internet). Please don't fire Thomas Gibson, shows are made for the viewers, right? Doing this could end up the show with a cancellation rather than ending with 'glory' just as a really good show would need to end.

I really hope you change your mind and bring him back.
