October 2012 fans of the Young and the Restless were crushed when one of the most iconic sets of the show the Newman Ranch was set ablaze and destroyed. This decision took a piece of the shows history away and for fans in a certain away their own home. The "new" Ranch set is not and probably never will be considered the Newman home for fans. It is way to small and not big enough to hold all the Newman family members in one scene or showcase the classic Newman holidays. It also does not reflect the billionaire lifestyle of  the hard working and great Victor Newman. 

With a new reign at Young and the Restless of Mal Young, Sally Sussman and Kay Alden, along with current CBS head of daytime Angelica McDaniel, who have said they are looking to take the show back to it's old and glorious times we as fans hope this means they will bring back the original Newman Ranch set. You listened to the fans about the Chancellor mansion now we hope our voices are heard for this other iconic set!
