On the Episode of Undercover Boss that showcased the sports bar "Bikinis", CBS also showcased an incredibley sexist owner in a fairly positive light. David Guller, the CEO, first promotes one girl and offers her a boob job. He then fires another girl on air for wearing a shirt instead of a bikini top and for saying she wanted to be something more one day. He even has security cameras placed in the women's dressing rooms. CBS is a fairly family oriented channel and showcasing this behavior is not acceptable. CBS has a responsibility to uphold these values and to apologize to their viewers.
