It doesn't make any sense for Nigerian citizens to loose a normal privilege to make international payments because the Apex bank has blocked all means to do that and encouraging citizens to source for foreign currencies from the black market to fund domiciliary accounts so as to make international payments and thereby crumbling our currency further. Every other reasonable government allows it's citizens to make online international transactions directly from their cards.

Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) should restore international debit card limits to $500 - $3000 depending on card type.
