Atrocity carried out in e Governance Project on Consultant

On 24 th April, one person from my company Intellect Design Arena snatched my laptop through treachery at Ahmedabad Airport, after promising to provide my dues and other allowance along with Appointment letter which would clearly mention my position as Regional Manager and location Ahmedabad, as promised before interview taken on Skype by two of the employee Ramakrishnan and Anbu Rathinavel for the project known as Government e Market place, a SPV formed after dissolving DGS&D.
They have only given offer letter in which they have not mentioned any position and have only given one day leave in it. We as team were continuously asking for upgrade our position from Business facilitator to Regional Manager and provide us HR policy which clearly indicate all the allowances to be provided. But they were saying us that we are working on it since the day we join on 28th Nov, 2017 and we will come with in a week and that day never came till 25th April, 2018.
I have been previously working with Directorate of Accounts and Treasury, UT of Daman and Diu as Senior Consultant for Treasury and HRMS MMP were only one company was selected for all e Gov project by Head SeMT appointed by NISG, after forming e Governance society through fund given by Asian Development Bank routed through MediaLAB Asia division known as National e Governance Division(NeGD) . I left that job because of under qualified staff not willing to serve nation, as whatever committed at the time of submitted , the same staff was not deployed.
At last, when they were not able to reach the milestone, Head SeMT gave us threat to PMC UTI ITSL and told us that we will ask the project manager to bring replacement if you do not clear the bill, upon that I bluntly told that we can even give go ahead, though they have not completed the work for all the milestone as he made us sit till 10 pm in the night, just to do favor to that particular company.
Then afterwards, I got offer from NISG for Kohima, Nagaland as Change Management Consultant. Thinking that Nagaland being small state, I will be able to know procedure of all dept through which beneficiary are given all alms. But there too , they were utilizing grant given for daily operation of State e Governance Mission Team for other purpose. We were made to sit at 5 degree Celsius temperature without heater and no water even in toilet and not tell about potable as it was non existence. We were treated like Third Grade Citizen over there. Due to sitting in this condition , I suffer from Slip Disc, Urinal Tract Infection, Gout, Arthritis and Sciatica.

After traveling back to Ahmedabad that is 2500 km away from Kohima to cure slip disc, I was not able to walk because of severe pain in lumber part. Upon MRI scan, it was detected that one nerve between L5 and S1 was on verge of damage, so doctor advice me complete bed rest.
My granny died in the month of Dec, 2014.
But NISG HR told me that your salary will not be credited till you report to Kohima. Though I was not cure, to serve my country , I resume my duty on 4th Feb, 2015.
After that , they once again never credited my salary and while submitting my medical bill for insurance claim, they told me that slip disc is not covered under insurance.
I started working for my nation once again from Kohima, but strange thing happen in March. One Muslim person was declared as Rapist and was kept in Dimapur Jail. My colleague Yan Kikon who was running Naga blog , some how , in that blog instigation started to kill this guy after spreading some half truth that this Muslim guy was Bangladeshi and later on , on 5th March , they broke jail, made him nude walk in entire town and killed by the mob.
After that my Head SeMT was reporting regarding mal practices followed by IT Officer in different project, so that I get instigated . But I never heed his information, as I thought he is doing this to get me involved so that he could extension in his contract.
Later on one of my colleague Shiva Mahalingum asked NeGD to transfer him back to Tamil nadu SeMT indicating that there is vacancy , he suffered from slip disc too.
And one day for giving PMP exam he went to Chennai and returned on Tuesday, but signed on muster for Monday and last week Saturday and tried to bash me. I reported the same incident to ITS K D Vizo, Head SeMT and NISG & NeGD HR.
Later on I started working for e Naga Smart Village assignment given by ITS.
After that there was one training related to e Governance Competency Framework, again Head SeMT denied to send me to Delhi. Upon that NeGD intervene and asked me to sent to Delhi. I was wondering why Head SeMT was not eager to sent me.
Later on I came to know that Delhi training, he was only interested so that he could travel free of cost to his home in Mumbai.
After that I told ITS officer, that I am dead tired working over here and it is not bringing any growth to me and this Head SeMT is just involved in playing politics because he is having no control on his staff as he is staying in house provided by Yan Kikon Dad, so he is not able to take any work, taking frustration on us.
After coming from eGCF training , ITS told me that you have broken protocol, as he was afraid that I have told each and eveything about March Lynching Incident and commissioner stand answerable through Public Portal Grievance no PMOPG/E/2017/0312524 dated 31st May, 2017 asked by MHA and DARPG/E/2017/14460 dated on 8th June, 2017 asked by Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology.
After that ITS officer in grudge terminated the contract citing some invalid reason because of instigation done by Head SeMT to get his contract extended , he started getting others into tussle to get favor in Mumbaiya Style.
After that I started packing my luggage and went back to Ahmedabad taking 180 kg luggage from Kohima via Dimapur Guwahati to Ahmedabad through traing.
Later on got job in Deloitte for Bharatnet project because of good work done in Kohima, I was having basic knowledge related to Telecom project which helped me.
Here too govt dept were fighting among themselves and Shri T P Sing , head of BISAG was asking for all letter from Sri Dhananjay Dwivedi to get map and in betwwen Rajiv Kulkarni, Senior Technology Consultant was appointed as SPOC, who was eager to get extension, so was trying work hard.
But our company was not getting fruitful result, so they hired fourth party and told me that we have done strategic partnership with Satyam Dave firm called Analytic solution, and you have to take Dhaivat Parmar along with you. Upon that I asked for official letter from Digvijay Chudasama, Sandip Shah and Harish Saha, but they never provided, and indicated it is yet in process, but you can take him.
After that we work continuously for day and night for 3 days at stretch , instead of getting appreciation , Harish Saha told me that "Tin din jag ke top maari"
I was staunt by this kind of misbehaviour , and asked Digvijay to provide me workstation at dept or office, as I am having heart patient parents at my home and working from home seems to be not good idea.
When once there was meeting Sandip Shah asked me to bring blazer from his car, I denied and told that I am not paid for this work. After that once again this guy too try to snatch my laptop by calling me to Deloitte Ahmedabad office.
Immediately I narrated entire incident to the Director but he never heed. Upon that I reported entire incident to his reporting Partner in Deloitte. After that Rajan intervene and he told me to write book on e Governance.
Later on they never provided any credit for it and refuse to continue as promised.
After that I started searching for another job and found this job where Mquest HR firm told me that job location will be Ahmedand and position will be Regional Manager.
I joined GeM and found that Radha Chauhan is same lady who took action against the culprit while I was reporting all thing which went wrong in Kohima, so that no other person suffer like I suffered in Kohima.
Upon joining , they gave us joining party , full of non veg and liquor at Delhi Darbar, we refuse to drink or eat non veg. Then they asked us to help us at Media Center and India Habitat Center as Delhi staff from NeGD were not helping them. We agreed to help them as employee and asked them to provide appointment letter as soon as possible.
They told that we are working on it. After that I was sent to Gujarat and there I imparted 20 training in 10 days which consisted of all govt dept located in Gandhinagar with the help of Desai Sir.
After that I was not getting place to sit, upon that I was requesting on daily basis. Upon that Ramakrishnan interven, I narrated entire story that already n Code and GIL are working in parallel with CSPO dept and told that I am not provided any place to sit. He asked me not to go few days in the office and I followed and next day I got place to sit.
I was solely working though Infibeam person never came to office on single day saying that he is partner in Infibeam and least interested though his name was there and was sending under qualified person who was increasing my work.
After that Ramanathan told me to move to Ambernath Ordinance factory located in Maharashtra , I told him to arrange for flight ticket , upon that he told me to manage with Honorarium provided. I told that honorarium is provided as token of respect and in no turn can be spent for expenses and told that either you treat as employee or vendor. You cannot change our role based on your need and you are violating the agreement
I was working for 15 to 20 hour during march ending and helping in creating whooping purchase by GRIMCO and Police Bhavan which crossed above 110 crore.
Without UAT , they were going live for all module and were doing live UAT on Buyer and Seller and case in Gujarat was different as it was mandatory to purchase everything from GeM and end user were geting frustrated and were taking anger on us.
Almost all dept were tense as they were not able to utilize grant and have to park it . And all details where in my laptop regarding grievances which they were not able to solve, that is why they snatched my laptop through treachery while I was imparting training to Indian Coast Gaurd on 24 April and next day was having trianing related to CRPF and previous day I imparted training to CRD and HDFC in line.
I am requesting apology letter that they will not replicate whatever they did to me to other fellow Indian and treat us like Slave as our dignity counts and it cannot be purchase by only money.
I have narrated entire incident to PMO through PG Portal PMOPG/E/2018/0240713 and Ministry of Civil Aviation
MOCAV/E/2018/00772 but no action is taken till date.
I need CBI enquiry with regard to it
