Many human beings have a pet such as; hamster, dogs, cats, fish etc. their is a law that if a dog gets hits by a speeding vehicle  theirs help, 

BUT THEN if a cat or any other animal is hit by a vehicle  theirs nothing to help or support the owner,

I as a proud cat owner and lover would like the help of others to change this law.

cats breath like dogs and humans, they have feelings and emotions, they know things such as; their home, their owners and how to use things, their like dogs but smaller and they are free to do what they want. help THESE CATS  live longer and say good bye to the cat murders by signing this petition.
