In Pilar de la Horadada, Animal Welfare volunteers feed and care for colonies, established in areas where street cats are neutered to keep them healthy and controlled.
Such charitable activities are carried out and financed by responsible identified persons.
Feline colonies are not a source of disease; on the contrary, urban cats are clean and fulfil a social function.
