On Friday, August 3, 2018, Jeff Lemucchi, Office Manager and Event Coordinator of the Arts Council of Kern (hereafter referred to as ACK) made an unlawful attempt to remove private individuals from a public event. After which, he informed a long time vendor in good standing that they were no longer allowed to vend at the event for failure to assist in the attempt.
These actions were later condoned and excused by David Gordon, Executive Director of ACK.

This petition serves to request that both individuals be removed from their positions of authority within ACK and that they be replaced.
