Please help give the long residing residents of Rose Hill Road, Mount Rowan a voice regarding the new proposed Show grounds that will are planned to be built at 6 Rose hill Road, Mount Rowan.

This proposed development will cause severe congestion and noise pollution along this quiet and small country road regularly, which will dramatically impeed the quality of life for all residents who currently live there. This new venue will not only host the ever growing Ballarat Spring Show but other major sporting events and concerts such as Monster trucks and live bands. I ask, would you enjoy loud music or engines at 10pm at night on a frequent basis?

Every person has the right to live in peace and comfort and the location of these proposed new show ground will strip the current residents of this basic human right.

This location will also cause major traffic and congestion issues that will spill out onto connecting highways as traffic will need to cross and oncoming lane to reach Rose Hill road.

While I understand that this relocation does need to occur, I believe there has to be another location that needs to be explored that will not severely impact current residents and their way of living.

Please help our community and sign this petition, you will never regret being empathetic and kind.
