This is why we are advocating for the casting of Bretman Rock, an influential Filipino-American internet personality, as Hei Hei in the upcoming live-action adaptation of Moana. 

Bretman's vibrant personality and unique voice would bring an exciting new dimension to the character of Hei Hei. Moreover, his casting would be a significant step towards better representation within Hollywood where Asian-Americans account for only 1% of leading roles despite making up 5.6% of the U.S population (source: UCLA Hollywood Diversity Report).
