“the City Manager has recommended to the City Commission that it is premature to decide anything related to locating a skate park, constructing a skate park and operating and maintaining a skate park. That it would be a huge financial investment and those dollars come out of the General Fund. The City would need to successfully obtain grants to offset the total costs associated with constructing this type of project.”
