I have contacted a lot of organizations and law enforcement agencies. The Humane Society of Missouri will be the last place I can try before I just have to find out how to petition the judge presiding over this case directly. I will make that call tomorrow morning. I drove past again today and they are all still out in the field on his property. It looks like 5 or 6, but that is just what I can see from the road. He may have other livestock that is not visible.
