Revive and Revamp the Cartoon City

Back in the mid 2000's (2004-2007) Cartoon Network ran a series of bumpers during commercials know as the Cartoon City or CN City. This series of bumpers was something to keep the viewers entertained between blocks of episodes since they could still see cartoon characters interacting while a show is not airing. It would feel as though the shows we loved are still going on despite the commercial break. Now I feel the commercial bumpers for Cartoon Network are on the weaker side and don't quite bring entertainment to the table for those who stick around during commercials. What i would like to see is for them to revive the CN City, but not just reuse clips from the old city, but incorporate all characters new and old into the new city. Seeing characters interact with other characters outside of their shows always felt fresh and comical (especially the scene with samurai jack and johnny bravo at the cleaners). And it would be great to see the new cartoon characters today get that luxury and see how they would react around older characters. Please help make the Cartoon Network bumpers more entertaining for the viewers.
