Toonami has been in many young adults lives as they were kids. Adult Swim has just aired it on 4/1/12 and the internet is booming over it. If Cartoon Network does bring it back, ratings will skyrocket. There is the possibility that the April 1st showing is just an April Fools joke, but we would like to see it every week, if not more.
