CARTA ABIERTA AL SENADOR Y FUTURO SECRETARIO DE ESTADO,DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS.MARCO RUBIO.

A QUIEN PUEDA INTERESAR:

   Estimado senador, todos fuimos testigos de la victoria del candidato republicano Donald Trump , en las pasadas elecciones del 5 de noviembre del 2024. La comunidad cubana en el exilio, apoyó de forma casi masiva e incondicional  al candidato y ahora presidente electo Donald Trump, comunidad que usted por ser descendientes de cubanos exiliados representa. 

Al conocer su nombramiento como secretario de estado por parte del presidente electo, uno de los puestos políticos más importantes en la política de este gran país. Todos los cubanos exiliados estamos muy esperanzados que con su ayuda podamos al fin ver caer a la dictadura de los castros y finalmente el pueblo cubano alcance su verdadera libertad. 

Desde mi humilde condición de cubano libre y norteamericano por naturalización, quiero pedirle que usted y su equipo valore estos cinco puntos que aquí pongo a su disposición cuando usted tome posesión de su cargo como secretario de estados de los Estados Unidos de América. 

Número uno: Declarar al Partido Comunista Cubano

 (PCC), como una organización terrorista. 

Número dos: Ponerle  precio a la cabeza de los principales dirigentes del buró político del partido comunista cubano, incluyendo al ministro del interior y todos sus altos mandos. 

Número tres: Reducir de forma drástica los viajes a Cuba, el envío de remesas y revisar todos las licencias otorgados por el departamento de estados a compañías que hacen negocios directamente con las dependencias del régimen cubano. (Agencias de viajes, paquetería e importación de carros hacia la isla). Tomar como referencia las medidas dictadas por la administración de George W Bush en el 2006.

Número cuatro: Que el presidente electo Donald Trump, no renueve las proclamas: 6867 de marzo primero del año 1996; 7757 de febrero dos del año 2004; 9398 de febrero veinticuatro del año 2016 y la 9699 de febrero veintidós del año 2018. Proclamas que impiden a los cubanos exiliados en los Estados Unidos luchar por la libertad de su patria. 

Número cinco: Que se le ceda a los cubanos exiliados en Estados Unidos, en calidad de préstamos por 15 años la Base Naval de Guantánamo y desde ahí fundar un gobierno libre  bajo las leyes de la constitución de 1940. Y así comenzar desde territorio cubano la liberación de nuestra patria. Enseguida que se cumpla el objetivo la base será devuelta a los Estados Unidos, de igual manera de vencerse el plazo del préstamo y no alcanzar la libertad de Cuba, igual la base será devuelta. 

Senador Marco Rubio, ya es hora que el gobierno de Estados Unidos escuche al exilio cubano. Espero su atención y ayuda.

, we were all witnesses to the victory of the Republican candidate

in the recent elections of November 5, 2024. The #Cuban community in exile supported the candidate, now President-elect Donald Trump, in an almost massive and unconditional manner, a community which you, as a descendant of #CubanExiles, represent.  We have learned of your appointment as #SecretaryofState by the President-elect, one of the most important political positions in the politics of this great country. All #Cuban #exiles are very hopeful that with your help, we can finally see the fall of the Castro dictatorship and ultimately the Cuban people achieve their true freedom.  From my humble position as a #free Cuban and naturalized North #American, I would like to ask you and your team to consider these five points that I present to you for when you take possession of your position as Secretary of State of the United States of America.  

 

#NumberOne: Declare the Cuban #Communist Party (#PCC) as a terrorist organization.  

 

#NumberTwo: Put a price on the heads of the main leaders of the Cuban communist party's political bureau, including the Minister of the Interior and all its high commands. 

 

 #NumberThree: Drastically #ReduceTravel to Cuba, review the sending of #remittances, and all #licenses granted by the departments to establish business negotiations with the dependencies of the Cuban #regime. (Travel agencies, package and import agencies to the island). Take as reference the measures dictated by the administration of #GeorgeWBush in 2006. 

 

 #NumberFour: That President-elect Donald Trump revoke #Proclamation6867 of March 20, 1996;  #Proclamation7757 of February of the year 2004; #Proclamation9398 of February of the year 2015; and #Proclamation9699 of February of the year 2018. Proclamations that prevent Cuban exiles in the #UnitedStates from fighting for the #freedom of their homeland.  

 

#NumberFive: That the Cuban exiles in the United States be granted, for a period of 15 years, the #NavalBaseofGuantanamo, and from there, establish a free government under the laws of the #Constitution of 1940. And from that Cuban territory, begin the liberation of our homeland. Ensure that this complies with the objective that if the lease of the base to the United States does not succeed in freeing Cuba, then the base will be returned.
