Southlake Conservative Families and communities against the CCAP! Parents upset about a plan to address racism and gender bias that has not yet been approved spoke against it during the Carroll school district saying that it promoted “reverse racism” and left-leaning policies.

District officials implementing the Cultural Competence Action Plan during teacher training and uses the terms “de-centering whiteness” and “white privilege”.
Time to end the vandalism continuing in our community or put a plan together that respects our conservative values.

This proposal is bad for students. It would...
1. mandate social justice training as a requirement for graduation

2. create a diversity police - denying due process of students and teachers - creating an environment where you are guilty until proven innocent of 'microaggressions' 

3. cost close to $3 million dollars over the next 10 years while not being approved by the voters

4. inhibit the ability to hire the best qualified teachers to prioritize affirmative action

5. create additional burden on our teachers - pulling them away from teaching core subject matter

6. require students and teachers to take a "cultural competence test" that can be used for shaming and discipline 

7. require the school district to host community events - possibly impacting student's and teacher's religious freedom 

8. change our award-winning curriculum thru social justice audits
