As we all know, Richard Rothschild (District 4 Commissioner) is one of the biggest detractors of CCPS. He has voted to decrease the school system's budget every year he has been in office. With him out of office, CCPS would be in a much stronger financial position. Seemingly out of the blue, we had some great news on this front. We have another chance to remove Rothschild! A new candidate has emerged to run against him in the November general election. * Jim Rowe, owner of the Buttersburg Inn in Union Bridge, has entered himself into the race as a write-in candidate.
