I've heard back from some local councillors & TDs, and they've been raising the issue with South Dublin County Council for months with no real results. There's considerations for a temporary parking hub until public transport services are improved in Dublin generally, but no concrete plan at this point. We are now trying to arrange a meeting to get a campaign going for the parking issues around citywest. I'll update here as soon as I've got more info
