Carrabba’s, we love you. We love your cozy atmosphere, your great service, and we especially love your pastas that make every meal feel like Sunday at Nonna’s. But in this day and age, even Nonna would agree—it’s time to make sure plant-based eaters get a protein too!

Impossible Foods gives us Impossible Meatballs, a delicious protein with the taste and texture of meat, but made from plants. They are suitable for vegetarians, vegans, and omnivores who are interested in limiting red meat intake. An astounding 95% of the customers who ordered the Impossible products are meat-eaters, indicating a massive approval by even non-vegetarians (source: Fast Company Magazine). Adding this to the menu would unquestionably be a valuable addition for customers who need or desire a meatless protein option, without sacrificing the taste expected from a meal at Carrabba's. Not only would it attract a broader range of customers, but it also promotes healthier choices and improved sustainability in our food decisions.
