The Issue

Petition to the City of Franklin to construct and complete a sidewalk on Carothers Parkway starting at Parkworth Drive/Beamon Drive extending one (1) mile connecting to the Harpeth River bridge sidewalk prior to the opening of the Pearl Park (officially the Pearlene M. Bransford Complex) which is expected to open in Q4 2028.
