Ron Rivera came in as the new Head Coach of the Carolina Panthers in 2011 after a 2-14 season. 3 years later, he put together a team and made the playoffs for the first time since 2008 season. Then the next 3 years, he got the team to do something that no team in the NFC South has done. BACK TO BACK TO BACK NFC SOUTH CAMPS! In addition, the team put together a 15-1 record in the 2015 season and made it to Super Bowl 50, but lost. 2016 was just snubbed for the playoffs. The team made the playoffs again the year after in 2017. The next 2 years after, the team suffered from injuries and did not make the playoffs. This 2019 season, Ron Rivera was fired as Head Coach, prematurely. You cannot predict injuries and make that the main reason to remove someone who has the most wins and a coach for the Panthers, won 2 AP Coach of the Year awards, got the team to 4 playoff appearances, and a Super Bowl appearance. 

River Boat Ron Rivera needs to return as the Head Coach of the Carolina Panthers ASAP, and fire Eric Washington as Defensive Coordinator. Washington has diminished a Top 10 defense to the twenties ranks. Make Perry Fewell the new DC with also hiring the Legendary Julius Peppers as the DE/DL coach. 

On top of all this, he and his family has done alot for the Carolinas when it come to dogs or pets in general, military, and for just being a real cool person. There isn't enough words to say how much of an amazing person  he is for the community, Carolinas, and the team.
