Thank you for taking the time to read this email. My name is Daniel Manter. I just moved into my apartment on 8/15/20. My issue is that my neighbor likes to sing karaoke on his front porch every night. It’s not incredibly loud, but it is content and can always be heard. All of the neighbors seem to be irritated by this even more than me. ( They’ve lived here longer) I’m not going to call the police for this. Neighbors have talked to him directly about this but he does feel it’s his right. 

I’m starting a petition for the local neighborhood to come together and try to stop this constant daily nuisance. I’m looking for local support from your administration.
