There has been a darkroom at Grant High School for over forty years. Grant High School's photography class lets students learn how to use cameras and develop film. There has never been a problem with a lack of students forecasting for this class yet it was decided that the darkroom would be removed during the renovations in the coming years. Intermediate photography student, Yaw Agyemang, say "photography is one of the most hands-on classes at Grant." The class is loved by students and allows them to learn away from a screen. Sign this petition to show the students, current and future, at Grant still want a darkroom.
