CCL, Changed their smoking policy so that you cannot smoke tobacco products or electronic vapor cigarettes on balconies. Smokers are paying customers too, and deserve the right to smoke on balconies. We are not asking for the entire ship to be smoke friendly, but at least have port side balconies smoke friendly, and allow it on a first come first serve basis. This is a violation of our Civil Liberty!
