Allow Carnival Cruise customers to rebook their cruises during the Coronavirus outbreak

Carnival Corporation & plc, a $20.8 billion dollar company (as of 2019) is not allowing their cruise customers to rebook their scheduled cruises amid the COVID-19/Coronavirus outbreak currently sweeping the globe.

Citing that their "medical experts are coordinating with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and we have implemented enhanced screening, prevention and control measures for our ships, guests and crew," they still refuse to bend...even after their own cruise line, Princess Cruises, has been at the epicenter of more than one outbreak of Coronavirus. Their ships include the Diamond Princess ship that caused more than 600 people to fall ill from the virus, and the Grand Princess that is currently off the coast of San Francisco after a previous passenger in California died from the virus.

It is utterly irresponsible of Carnival Corporation to not allow their loyal customers to rebook cruises without losing money in the interest of their own health and the public health. Help me send them a message that people DESERVE to protect their health and will find another cruise line to patronize at a later time if they don't.
