CarMax just never seems to get the message. Even though over 115,000 of you have signed a petition calling on them to stop selling hazardous, defective recalled cars.

This time, U.S. Sen. Richard Blumenthal joined in calling on CarMax to stop endangering lives. Speaking in front of a CarMax dealership in Hartford, Connecticut, Sen. Blumenthal said that "'People driving these cars off the lot, even if they’re told about the defect, pose a danger to themselves, their passengers and other motorists on the road."

Sen. Blumenthal is championing legislation in Congress to make it a violation of federal law for a dealer to sell any used car without getting the free safety recall repairs done first.  Meanwhile, more consumers are suing CarMax, after they were sold dangerous recalled cars that supposedly passed CarMax's so-called "inspection." Their lawsuits claim CarMax violated various state consumer protection laws.

Please help spread the word: Don't buy a car from CarMax. It's not worth the risk. Thank you!!
