Consumer sells her car to CarMax in Chicago, gets hit with tickets, fees

Hmmmm-- wonder how often this happens to consumers who sell their cars to CarMax, and they end up paying for CarMax's mistakes.... That's bad, but the worst thing about CarMax -- they fail to get FREE repairs to fix deadly safety recall defects.
