This is why we keep fighting against CarMax and other dealers who are knowingly and deliberately selling "certified" cars with lethal safety defects, without bothering to get the FREE repairs done first. CarMax advertises that all its cars have to pass a "rigorous inspection," but they don't care enough about their customers' safety to get the safety recall defects fixed. Including cars with exploding Takata airbags. This MUST stop.
