I am starting this petition to change some of the city ordinances in Carlisle, Ohio. We DO NOT live in an HOA and should not be subject to strict rules as such. I am sick of being threatened with a fine and harassed for having cars parked on my lawn that drive and so is everyone else. Carlisle is sick of having to tip toe around what they can and can not do. The time for change is now!
