Racoons are often seen as 'dirty' and 'unfriendly' animals and are shown in a negative light. This stereotype is defied each and every day by Arnold, the friendly Carleton Racoon. Countless videos and photos of him are spread through the students of Carleton on a daily basis, and everyone loves to see them. Recently it has come to our attention that they might try and relocate our beloved Arnold, who does nothing but sit peacefully outside the Residence Commons and around Dundas and Stormont houses. This would be a crime. It would be wrong to remove such a friendly and cute member of the Carleton Community from his home. Think of it as if someone took your kids from you.. or like, they took your vape or something. Anyways, enough said - we cannot sit back and allow Carleton to take our mascot away from us like that. Arnold has done nothing but help the students and bring us happiness on our darkest days. Arnold is not only a friend to us, he is our family. Together we must stand strong in order to save our man, Arnold.
