Good Evening Everyone :)

We have been making huge strides and it has been a very busy few weeks and behind the scenes I have been in discussion with NACAS (The National Association of Care and Support Workers) around our petition and the joint goal we all hold to get care workers and the sector seen in the UK and by government as a professional one. 

I am proud to have begun volunteering with them alongside my main role as a manager of a care home to push this goal forward and make change for social care. 

NACAS have created a survey: Click Here for Survery which is anonymous but the results will help me with the ongoing dialogue with the other health and social care stakeholders
